A Japanese egg sandwich with a fluffy omelette and soft bread—light, approachable, and authentic.

Are your products 100% handmade?

Yes. We hand-peel each egg and make every sandwich carefully by hand.

How should I store/heat it?

Best enjoyed at room temperature on the day of purchase (refrigeration required). If reheating, do so briefly.

What are the prices?

Where can I find you?

We operate a mobile wagon in Utrecht (just outside the city centre). Locations are shared on social.

Do you offer catering?

Yes, drop-off catering (delivery only, no on-site service). Feel free to request a quote.

Do you have vegetarian options?
